I am a recent graduate of the Master of Professional Communication program at Toronto Metropolitan University (formally known as Ryerson University) and a Consultant in the Deloitte Consulting Practice. I am energized by the process of turning a vision into value. It was in a previous public relations role after churning out another PR release for the morning, that I began to crave measurable results—a line of work with more objectivity and broader impact. Fast-forward to today, and I've had the privilege of working at a communications agency, two post-secondary institutions, my own company, a research hospital, a start-up in Korea, and currently the biggest professional services firm in the world. My primary focus these days is delivering end-to-end client advisory—from business case to blueprinting to go-live—for Fortune 500 companies at Deloitte. When I am not at work, I am either exhausting my hands through bouldering, devouring every product management or business development audiobook I can find, or writing an article on whatever piqued my curiosity at that moment.
